This photo was taken at the farmer’s market in Barcelona, Spain. I loved the colors and texture of all of the beautifully displayed fruit.
Great pic. I see my favorite dragon fruit!!
Is this at La Boqueria on La Rambla? It is one of my favorite markets
in the world. I’ve been so fortunate in my 65 years to have been to Barcelona
about ten times, starting when I was forty. I love it there. I was there
for both my 64th and 65th birthdays, after a visit first, to Rome and a
Mediterranean cruise. I always stop at the market to have lunch and to
buy fruit and marzipan.
At 65, I’ve done it! My poetry book – Life’s Journey by Carmen Henesy – is out on Amazon!
( Poems about the things that have been important to me in my journey through life, some humorous, some sad, some that may have meaning to you as well )
( Check out the site and read the reviews of my book! )
You got it! We were in Barcelona for 3 days and went there every morning for breakfast. I long for there fresh baked goods and amazing fruit.
what a fabulous photo!
